Eldred Jr. Sr. High School is dedicated to working as a team with students, parents,and staff to provide a positive, high quality education in a safe, stimulating environment.
PBIS, Positive Behavioral Interventions & Supports, is about improving student academic and behavioral outcomes by ensuring all students have access to the most effective and accurately implemented instructional and behavioral practices and interventions possible. It includes boosting, school-wide, staff and student morale and addressing the individual needs of students with behavioral issues that impede their own learning and/or that of others. PBIS emphasizes four integrated elements: 1. data for decision making, 2. measurable outcomes supported and evaluated by data, 3. practices with evidence that these outcomes are achievable, and 4. systems that efficiently and effectively support implementation of these practices.
