We depend on our volunteers to help with all our events and projects.
Sign up sheets are available in the Mackenzie lobby, next to the main office.
 
Volunteer opportunities are available during school hours and after school. Please consider lending us and hour or two of your time!

Your kids will Love  to see you helping out!
And you don’t need to stay for the entire event,
even just an hour of your time is greatly appreciated!

 

Volunteers are needed at these events:

 

  • The Craft night and used clothing sale- October 21st . Both of these events are held from 6-8:30PM. 
              Craft night is Drop off event. Parents and high school students are needed to run the craft stations.
 
             The used clothing sale needs volunteers to set up and help at the sale

 

  • Book Fair – Monday, November 14 thru Thursday, November 17 – During school hours, plus Friday November 19 during Parent-Teacher conferences. Assist the children in finding and picking out books. Help needed to set up and take down book fair.

 

  • Holiday Gift Fair – Monday, December 12 – Wednesday, December 14. During school hours. Help children select gifts for people on their list. Monday is the busiest day when the most help is needed!

 

  • Rec Nights – This is a drop-off event

                                 Help needed to run and supervise various activities for the children.

                                 
                                 Friday, January 20 for K – 3,  6:30P – 8P.

                                 Friday, January 27 for 4 – 6,  6:30P – 8P. .

  • Crafts Nights – This is a drop-off event.

               Volunteers needed  to  run  craft stations, supervise, set-up and clean up.

                                     
                                     Friday, October 21, 6:30 – 8P 
                                     Friday, April 27.  6:30 - 8P

   

  • Used Clothing Sale – Friday, October 21, 6:30 – 8P.

                                               Help needed to set up and sell the clothing.

    • Mother’s Day Plant Sale – Friday, May 11 – During school hours. Help needed to assist children in picking out plants, packing up plants, set up and clean up. Be prepared to get a little dirty while helping at this event.

     

    • BBQ – Thursday, June 14 – During school hours. Help pass out food and drinks to the children.
