News FlashNEW CHILDREN’S SERVICES available!!

   

 

  

 

 

                 AFTER SCHOOL CARE:

School bus                          (Locations to be determined based on response)

 

SullivanArc will partner with Sullivan County school districts to provide after school care. The program will operate based on the school calendar for the individual school districts, however some flexibility of service hours will be given. The routine hours of operation will be based on the needs of the families but are estimated to be from 2:45 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. weekdays. 

 

Children qualifying for this service will be between the ages of five-seventeen and enrolled in OPWDD Waiver.

 

 

 

 

Cihildren running           VACATION RESPITE PROGRAM:

 

SullivanArc will provide child care during times when the schools are on vacation. The bulk of services will be provided in the summer, however will not be limited to same. These services will be recreational in nature.  

 

Children qualifying for this service will be between the ages of five-seventeen and enrolled in OPWDD Waiver.

 

 

  

          Sleeping childOVERNIGHT RESPITE CARE:

*Children with Serious Emotional Disturbances or Developmental Disabilities qualify.

 

SullivanArc will provide up to two weeks a year of planned respite stays to children in privately owned homes. These services will provide the child’s caregiver the relief from the daily demands of care giving, allowing them to address other family issues or provide them with much needed time off without additional financial obligations.

 

*Children qualifying for this service will be between the ages of five-seventeen with at least a presumed diagnosis of a serious emotional disturbance or a developmental disability.
